Integrations and system requirements

What DZ-Manager connects to, where it runs and what it needs.

Payments

  • Online (Online-Tools): PayPal, Mollie (e.g. credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, iDEAL, TWINT), Authorize.Net. You need your own merchant account with the provider; the provider charges its fees directly.
  • At the counter (desktop app): EC-Cash card terminals (ZVT protocol) — Enterprise. Or a Web-Screen facing the customer: they scan a QR code and pay on their own phone (Mollie).
  • SEPA direct debit: export the direct debits from the skydiver accounts for your bank.

Databases

  • SQLite — a single file, no database server to install or maintain. All editions.
  • MySQL — for several workstations and the Online-Tools. Professional and Enterprise.
  • Or a database hosted in the DZ-Cloud.

System requirements

  • Desktop app: Windows 7 SP1 or later, Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 or later. Also on Linux with Wine — officially supported.
  • Online-Tools, on your own server: Windows 10 (version 1607) or later, Windows Server 2012 or later, or Linux. Built on .NET 10.
  • Online-Tools, for your customers and staff: any current browser, on a computer, tablet or phone.

The desktop app runs on modest hardware: 2 GHz and 1 GB RAM are enough for a manifest workstation. Sample setups show complete setups.

Languages

The Online-Tools are available in English, German, French, Spanish and Dutch; each dropzone chooses which of them it offers. The desktop app is in English.

The .NET library

The desktop app and the Online-Tools share one .NET library (.NET Standard 2.0). Your own programs and scripts can use it too — locally or from another PC.

Read the current manifest board in four lines of code, or a skydiver's balance in five lines of PowerShell.

Data protection

Your data stays in your database — on your PC, your server or in the DZ-Cloud, as you choose. GDPR tools are built in: consent field, anonymize a skydiver, delete completely.
