Online booking for dropzones: the DZ-Manager Online-Tools
The Online-Tools are the web application of DZ-Manager. Your customers book and pay online, your skydivers manage their own account, and everything lands directly in DZ-Manager — no typing, fewer phone calls, fewer emails.
Booking
- Tandems, courses and other products: customers pick a date and a time slot or buy a gift card.
- You decide how many slots each day has; taken slots disappear, and the calendar shows which days are still free.
- Discounts for groups or weekdays are applied automatically.
- Payment online with PayPal, Mollie (e.g. credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, iDEAL, TWINT) or Authorize.Net.
- Customers can move their booking to another date themselves, redeem a gift card or enter a third-party voucher code (Groupon, Jochen Schweizer, mydays).
- Right of withdrawal: customers withdraw from a booking in three steps, you get the mail — as EU consumer law requires.
- Bookings that were never used expire automatically after a period you set.
Skydiver account
Skydivers create their account, top it up by card from home, see their jumps and reports, sign the waiver before they arrive and keep their address up to date.
QR codes for the hangar
A printable poster with eight QR codes takes skydivers and guests straight to the right page: my account, top up, edit my data, my reports, register, book a jump, buy a gift card, redeem a gift card.
Load-Viewer on every phone
The web Load-Viewer shows the current loads in any browser; fun jumpers can manifest themselves from it. See Screens and Self-manifesting.
Found by search engines — in five languages
The Online-Tools speak English, German, French, Spanish and Dutch; you choose which languages your dropzone offers. Every page has its own address per language, and a sitemap tells search engines — and AI assistants — where your booking pages are.
For your staff: the Staff-Module
The Online-Tools also bring the Staff-Module: manifest, skydivers, bookings, money and loads in the browser.
Your website, your server — or ours
- Stand-alone or embedded in your dropzone's website, so customers never leave it.
- On your own server or a PC at the dropzone, on Windows or Linux. The free DZ-Cloud Redirector makes an Online-Tools installation at the dropzone reachable as your-dropzone.dz-cloud.com, even with a dynamic IP address.
- Or hosted by us in the DZ-Cloud.
- Each part — account, booking, Load-Viewer, rig management, Staff-Module — can be switched on or off.
What is included
The Online-Tools license includes skydiver accounts, booking, rig management and the web Load-Viewer (with third-party ads, or without ads with a Load-Viewer license). Online payments cost a small fee per transaction. The Staff-Module uses a Professional license per staff session. Prices
