Community Edition — free
A complete manifest on one PC. If you manage 50 Twin Otter loads a day and thousands of skydivers a year with one PC, this is all you need. Upgrade to Professional at any time, without reinstalling and without losing data.

Professional Edition
For dropzones that manifest on several PCs, take bookings online or work in the browser. Install it on as many PCs as you like: a license is used only while the desktop app runs or while a staff member works in the Staff-Module (floating license).4)

Enterprise packages
Almost every feature of DZ-Manager is part of the desktop app or the Online-Tools, at no extra cost. A few were built for very large dropzones or special workflows and are useful to few customers. To keep the regular price low for everyone, they are sold separately — monthly or once.
Enterprise Manifesting

Payment fees
Online payments run through PayPal, Mollie (e.g. credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, iDEAL, TWINT) or Authorize.Net: your customers get the payment methods they trust, and you pay no monthly or payout fees — only a percentage of each payment.
- You need your own merchant account with the provider (free).
- The provider charges its own fees directly to you.
- We charge 0.25 % of each payment made through the Online-Tools.

DZ-Cloud
The DZ-Cloud is our hosting for dropzones: we run the parts you do not want to run yourself. www.dz-cloud.com lists the dropzones whose Online-Tools it serves.
DZ-Cloud Redirector — free
Makes the Online-Tools on a PC or server at your dropzone reachable as your-dropzone.dz-cloud.com — also with a dynamic IP address, without a server on the internet. Your data stays at your dropzone. (overview, installation guide)

Support and training
We set up DZ-Manager, install computers and network, and train your staff. Or order a ready-to-go PC from us and start manifesting when it arrives.
Manifesting at your event
For a boogie or a special event we help at your manifest or run it — a good way for your staff to watch how your workflows work in DZ-Manager. Up to two of our staff, with hardware; unlimited Professional licenses and the self-manifesting hardware included; one free setup day for events of three days or more.
Ask us for a special price if we may put up wind blades and banners at the event.
Consulting
Working with over 400 dropzones since 2009 has taught us a lot about running a dropzone efficiently. Setting up a new dropzone or improving an existing one: we share what we know — workflows, infrastructure, anything else.
1) Plus 19 % German VAT for invoice recipients in Germany and in the EU without a valid VAT identification number; recipients outside the EU, e.g. in the USA, are not charged VAT.
2) For services on site (not online), travel and accommodation are charged in addition.
3) For every 5 Professional licenses you get one free: 6 licenses for the price of 5.
4) One license per workstation that runs at the same time at one dropzone; you may install the software on any number of PCs (floating license).
5) We credit every license of a competing product that you trade in when you buy one-time licenses. If your product is not in the list, we make you an offer — as a rule about 25 % of what the competing product cost.
6) Your customer number is in the About menu of DZ-Manager and in your registration email. If you are not sure, enter -1 and we will contact you.
