Grow step by step

a) Minimal
For
Dropzones of any size that do not need a separate Load-Viewer, or want to try DZ-Manager without spending money — for example after pen and paper or another program on a single PC.
What it does
- Any number of skydivers, aircraft and jumps
- Appointments in the app, for example tandems
- Reports on everything: jumps, money, aircraft, skydivers, your own SQL queries
- Every mode — manifest, self-manifesting, Load-Viewer — but one at a time: the Load-Viewer cannot show while you manifest
Required hardware
- One PC: Windows 7 SP1 or later, 2 GHz, 1 GB RAM
Optional hardware
- A printer for waivers, jump certificates, statements and load lists
- A card reader for DzM-Cards, to identify skydivers faster
b) Decent — our recommendation
For
Dropzones that want the loads on a big screen — for example when switching from another program, or to modernize the manifest.
What it does
- Everything of Minimal (a), plus:
- Work on one screen while the Load-Viewer runs on a second one
Required hardware
- One PC with two monitor outputs: Windows 7 SP1 or later
- Two monitors, one of them a big TV
Optional hardware
- A printer for waivers, jump certificates, statements and load lists
- A card reader for DzM-Cards, to identify skydivers faster
- A way to send the Load-Viewer picture over the network, if the TV is more than 20 m from the manifest
c) Medium
For
Dropzones that also want skydivers to manifest themselves with DzM-Cards — to stand out and to take the fun jumpers off the manifest desk.
What it does
- Everything of Decent (b), plus:
- Two screens with any mode at the same time — for example the Load-Viewer and self-manifesting on one PC, switching by itself, while your staff work on the other
Required hardware
- Two PCs: Windows 7 SP1 or later
- A card reader for self-manifesting
Optional hardware
- A printer for waivers, jump certificates, statements and load lists
- A touch screen at the kiosk PC (otherwise a mouse)
d) Huge
For
Big dropzones with several staff workstations at the manifest, maybe one for accounting, a separate Load-Viewer and self-manifesting. Saves your staff a lot of time.
What it does
- Everything of Medium (c), plus:
- Six screens with any mode at the same time — for example Load-Viewer, self-manifesting and four staff workstations
Required hardware
- A server for the MySQL database (Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 or later, or Linux), 16 GB RAM
- Five PCs: Windows 7 SP1 or later
- Six monitors
- A card reader for self-manifesting
Optional hardware
- A printer for waivers, jump certificates, statements and load lists
- Touch screens at the self-manifesting PCs
- Two more PCs and two big TVs
e) Decent with Online-Tools
For
Dropzones that take tandem bookings online, let skydivers manage their account from home, and want the Staff-Module.
What it does
- Everything of Decent (b), plus:
- Online booking with payment, gift cards and vouchers
- Skydiver accounts and the Load-Viewer on every phone
- The Staff-Module in the browser, using the Professional license while nobody manifests at the PC

- The Online-Tools on a PC at the dropzone (Windows 10 version 1607 or later, or Linux) with the free DZ-Cloud Redirector — or hosted in the DZ-Cloud

The Online-Tools are paid monthly; with one-time licenses, the total is the one-time price plus 35.- EUR per month.
Any setup in the cloud
The desktop app also runs on a Windows desktop in the cloud — our DZ-Cloud Cloud-PC or Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop. At the dropzone you then only need a computer that opens a remote desktop.
1) Plus 19 % German VAT for invoice recipients in Germany and in the EU without a valid VAT identification number; recipients outside the EU, e.g. in the USA, are not charged VAT.
2) For services on site (not online), travel and accommodation are charged in addition.
3) For every 5 Professional licenses you get one free: 6 licenses for the price of 5.
4) One license per workstation that runs at the same time at one dropzone; you may install the software on any number of PCs (floating license).
5) We credit every license of a competing product that you trade in when you buy one-time licenses. If your product is not in the list, we make you an offer — as a rule about 25 % of what the competing product cost.
6) Your customer number is in the About menu of DZ-Manager and in your registration email. If you are not sure, enter -1 and we will contact you.
